Richard was born and raised in Amsterdam and practices the real estate and valuation profession with great passion and drive. Richard has been working at Scholten Makelaars since 1991. He initially handled the administrative and technical management of, among others, Owners’ Associations, which gave him a great deal of construction expertise. Richard lives in Amsterdam. Besides work, his family is also important to him. Richard is loyal, highly experienced, and reliable, and is known for his expertise and decisiveness. But above all, he can be characterized as a sociable Amsterdammer.

After completing her degree in Communication, Priscilla started her career as a Project Leader in the (international) research industry, and later worked as Marketing Manager at Mercedes Benz. In 2006, she made the switch to the real estate industry and has since worked part-time at Scholten Makelaars BV. Within our organization, she is deployable across various departments and focuses mainly on rental management and international real estate.

Meet Jelle Vlaminkx, assistant real estate agent at Scholten Makelaars. Jelle was born and raised in Amsterdam and knows the city and its dynamics like no one else. He recently joined the Scholten team, where he works with enthusiasm and dedication within the real estate industry. Jelle earned his bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Event Management and also completed the minor in Real Estate and Brokerage. With his customer-oriented attitude and professional appearance, he supports clients through various processes within the real estate field. To further expand his knowledge, he will soon start training to become a candidate real estate agent.

Meet Mitchell! With a background in business administration and experience in sales and finance, he made the switch to the real estate industry. What appeals to him most about the profession is that he gets to guide people through one of the most important decisions in their lives. Mitchell is known for being committed, helpful, and critical. He finds it important that clients feel heard and that communication is clear and personal. With his fresh perspective, eagerness to learn, and enthusiasm, he works every day to guide and support clients as well as possible.

My name is Rianne Kemp. For more than ten years, I have worked with great enthusiasm in the real estate industry. I also come from a family that has been active in real estate for many years, which is where my affinity with this field originated from a young age. I place great value on personal contact and a high level of service. With an involved and professional approach, I guide clients throughout the entire process from the back office, making sure they feel heard, relieved of worries, and well informed. With a passion for imagery, an eye for detail and over 14 years of experience, I make sure people feel at ease throughout the entire sales and photography process. I built my creative foundation at Academie Artemis, where my vision on imagery, styling and composition was shaped. While presenting a home with an artistic touch drives me immensely, personal contact remains my number one priority. Selling a house or having it photographed can be quite exciting; my goal is therefore to provide calm, reassurance and a relaxed experience.
